Standards and protocol for maintaining a safe and welcoming space for all is top priority. We review standards and protocol with every vendor, facility, school, training, workshop and class we hold. Thank you for taking the time to review our guidelines.
YFL classes are an inclusive experience. Yoga is for everyone.
We meet each student where they are that day. We do our best to support your yoga practice to help you have the best experience possible and learn tools for life. This is your yoga practice.
YFL classes are limited to 10-15 people per class depending on the space in which the yoga class will be held. The yoga space must be able to appropriately follow social distancing regulations with yoga mats 6ft apart.
Please try and preserve safe and mindful space from other individuals. In many YFL classes, we set up mats in a circle. Please be mindful, stay on your own mat, and honor social distancing when in yoga class, and upon entering and exiting yoga class.
Hands on adjustments:
Hands on adjustments offered to students. Appropriate and helpful clear queuing will be utmost important for yoga posture safety and experience. If for any reason the teacher needs to assist a student, permission will be asked, and hand sanitizer will be used.
We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat. If you are unable to do so, mats are provided free of charge for most YFL programs. Our mats are thoroughly cleaned after each use. Please participate in cleaning your mat after each class.
When additional yoga props are used for class, they are cleaned thoroughly after each use.
Students are encouraged to bring their own props if accessible. When bringing your own props, please be sure they are labeled with first and last name clearly.
We follow CDC guidelines for face covering and current COVID procedures. Face coverings at this time are optional.
Please wash/sanitize your hands frequently. Hand sanitizer is available at each YFL class. Please help clean any props you use with the cleaning solution provided.
Be considerate, be mindful:
**IF YOU HAVE HAD RECENT EXPOSURE to COVID-19 or any illness, OR SHOW ANY SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS, PLEASE STAY HOME AND REST. This is still practicing mindfulness and yoga!
