YFL Affirmation Cards are created to inspired young yoga practitioners, and designed to be used in different several ways. These cards are laminated and double sided. 

One side of the card offers an affirmation and a yoga pose to inspire this affirmation. 

The other side of the card offers an opportunity for young yogis to create their own affirmation and draw their own yoga figure if they choose.
